Oracle Cloud HCM
Implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM around how your organization actually operates.
Digital Qubits implements and configures Oracle Cloud HCM so HR, talent, and workforce processes follow how your organization actually operates. The projects that stay on track settle scope, data, process, security, and change management before configuration begins. We stay close to that detail and explain the trade-offs in plain language.
Oracle Cloud HCM can bring core HR, talent, and workforce work onto one platform. The software does not decide the order of the work. A first go-live that tries to include every module and every business unit at once is how timelines slip. We start by choosing which modules and which groups go live first, and which wait for a later phase. Early lessons should improve the next phase. They cannot improve a phase that is already in flight beside them.
Data is usually the expensive surprise. Legacy HR data is inconsistent: duplicate people, job codes that drifted, histories that do not line up with the new model. We profile it early, agree on cleanup, and write the conversion rules before configuration is deep. Problems found in a sample are cheap. Problems found during the dress rehearsal of payroll or benefits are not. The conversion is rehearsed, not hoped for.
Process comes before screens. The point of a new system is not a copy of every old workaround. Where a standard feature fits the way you want to operate, we use it. Where it does not, we say so before it is configured, and we record the reason. Security is designed around job responsibilities, not around individual requests that accumulate into a role nobody can explain. HR data is sensitive. Who sees what is a design decision, made with the people who own the process.
Testing and change management are part of the plan, not a week added at the end. Real users try real tasks. Training is scheduled so employees and HR teams know what changes on day one. We stay through go-live, because the first weeks are when the configuration meets the exceptions nobody listed.
You can hire us to own the implementation, or add Oracle Cloud HCM consultants to a program you are already running. Either way you work with the people doing the configuration. Scope, timeline, and team are proposed after a discovery conversation. If you are considering Oracle Cloud HCM, tell us which processes hurt today and which business units would go first.
// What's included
Settled before configuration begins.
- 01Scope and phasing across modules and business units
- 02A look at legacy HR data, cleanup, and conversion rules
- 03Process design that uses standard features where they fit
- 04Security and roles built around job responsibilities
- 05User acceptance testing, training, and communication for go-live
// How the work runs
From the first conversation through support.
When we deliver the work, every engagement follows the same path.
- 01
Gather requirements
We start by listening: goals, constraints, the systems you have, and what a useful result looks like.
- 02
Design and prototype
We shape the approach early and prototype so the trade-offs are visible before the full build.
- 03
Build
Hands-on engineers do the work in short iterations, with you close to the decisions.
- 04
Test
Requirements are tested against real user expectations early, not only at the end.
- 05
Deploy
We plan the cutover, train the people who will use what we built, and go live with a checklist.
- 06
Support
After go-live you still work with the people who did the work, for questions and stabilization.
