SAP Consulting
SAP implementation and support for finance, supply chain, and operations.
Digital Qubits implements and supports SAP for finance, supply chain, and operations. The work is a working system with the cutover planned, not a configuration that looks finished in a conference room and fails on the first close. We explain process choices before they are locked in, and we stay after go-live.
SAP rewards an early argument about scope. Finance, supply chain, and operations do not feel the same pain, and a program that tries to satisfy all three in one cutover carries more risk than most calendars admit. We phase the work. A first release that a named group can run is more useful than a broad design that nobody has operated. Later phases take the lessons of the first, including the integrations that were harder than the workshops suggested.
Requirements, a prototype, and regular reviews come before a full cutover. The prototype is how a process choice becomes visible to the people who will live with it. A purchasing flow, a close task, or a warehouse confirmation is easier to challenge on a screen than in a slide. We would rather change a decision there than discover it during hypercare. Where a standard SAP approach fits, we use it and say why. Where your operation cannot bend, we record the exception and its cost.
Support is part of the engagement, not a separate contract invented after the consultants have left. The weeks after go-live are when the design meets the transactions nobody rehearsed: a vendor with two records, a plant that posts late, a report the business trusted and the new system calculates differently. You still reach the people who configured the system. They already know which choice produced the number.
A full cutover is not always the responsible plan. When the risk is too high, we propose a path that moves one process or one company code first, reconciles it, and only then widens. That is slower on a Gantt chart and faster in real life, because the business does not stop to wait for a recovery.
Digital Qubits can own the SAP work or add consultants to a program already underway. Write with the process that is breaking and the system you run today. We reply within one business day. Scope and team come after discovery, not from this page.
// What's included
A working system, with the cutover planned.
- 01Implementation aligned to finance, supply chain, and operations
- 02Support for the system after it is in use
- 03Process choices explained before they are configured
- 04A phased path when a full cutover would carry too much risk
// How the work runs
From the first conversation through support.
When we deliver the work, every engagement follows the same path.
- 01
Gather requirements
We start by listening: goals, constraints, the systems you have, and what a useful result looks like.
- 02
Design and prototype
We shape the approach early and prototype so the trade-offs are visible before the full build.
- 03
Build
Hands-on engineers do the work in short iterations, with you close to the decisions.
- 04
Test
Requirements are tested against real user expectations early, not only at the end.
- 05
Deploy
We plan the cutover, train the people who will use what we built, and go live with a checklist.
- 06
Support
After go-live you still work with the people who did the work, for questions and stabilization.
