Salesforce Solutions
Salesforce implementation and customization for customers, pipeline, and service.
Digital Qubits implements and customizes Salesforce around the way your teams manage customers, pipeline, and service. The platform is shaped to the people who use it. We configure what those teams need first, and we simplify a process when the old one is the thing getting in the way.
Salesforce projects fail in a familiar way. Every team asks for the system to mirror the spreadsheet they already trust, including the columns nobody should have kept. The org fills up with fields, automations, and page layouts that made sense to the person who requested them and to nobody who joined later. We start smaller. Which teams, and which process, need a reliable record first? Pipeline, case handling, and the handoff between them are usually enough to prove the system before it tries to hold everything.
Data is a conversation we have before records move. Duplicate accounts, opportunities with no owner, and histories that contradict the process you want are easier to face in a sample than after users are live. We agree what comes across, what is archived, and what is recreated clean. Roles and access follow the work: who may see a customer, who may change a stage, and who should not. Those rules are dull and they are what keep a CRM usable six months later.
Customization is for the gap a standard feature cannot close, not for a replica of the old tool. When a process is the obstacle, we say so and propose a simpler one. When a real gap remains, we build the smallest change that closes it and leave a note your admin can maintain. The aim is a system your team can run, not a configuration only the original consultant can explain.
Training is scheduled with go-live, not offered as a recording nobody watches. The people who will live in the system try their own tasks before the switch. We stay for the questions that show up in the first weeks, when a stage name or a required field meets a real deal. After that, support is with the same people who did the build.
We can own the Salesforce engagement, or add a consultant to a team you already have. Tell us which team is feeling the pain and what they cannot see today. We reply within one business day and propose scope only after that conversation.
// What's included
The platform, shaped to the teams who use it.
- 01Implementation scoped to the teams and processes that need it first
- 02Customization for how customers, pipeline, and service are managed
- 03A data conversation before records move into Salesforce
- 04Roles and access that match the work
- 05Training and support through go-live
// How the work runs
From the first conversation through support.
When we deliver the work, every engagement follows the same path.
- 01
Gather requirements
We start by listening: goals, constraints, the systems you have, and what a useful result looks like.
- 02
Design and prototype
We shape the approach early and prototype so the trade-offs are visible before the full build.
- 03
Build
Hands-on engineers do the work in short iterations, with you close to the decisions.
- 04
Test
Requirements are tested against real user expectations early, not only at the end.
- 05
Deploy
We plan the cutover, train the people who will use what we built, and go live with a checklist.
- 06
Support
After go-live you still work with the people who did the work, for questions and stabilization.
